All our products except socks (hygiene issues) can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchasing. All returned products must be in perfect condition otherwise your claim will be rejected.
We also offer exchanges for all our products except socks. An exchange will only be offered if the product(s) meets the following criteria; a wrong size was ordered, visible defects, also if wrong product(s) were sent.
Steps on how to return/exchange your product
- Look at our address located at the front of your parcels packaging.
- Place your item back into the packaging, carefully ensuring no other defects may occur.
- Visit your local postage center, fill out any forms if required, you're are not required to select the tracking option but if you would like to in your own expense then you may do so accordingly.
- Notify us via email that you have sent your product back to us. Please email us at email@example.com
- We will contact you when we have received your item. The full amount will be refunded to you. Otherwise for exchanges we will email you and will work out together what product you would like.
- Your new product will be sent to you. We sincerely hope you adore it!.
